Returns

  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card
  • Our store must receive your return within 20 days of the item(s) being delivered to you to be eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Please include your package invoice with the return. 
  • Returns older than 20 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. 
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

How will I receive my store credit? 

Expect an E-mailed E-Gift Card within 3 business days of the delivery of your return at our warehouse. Please allow us 3 days to review and process your refund once our warehouse has received the return  

Do we offer return labels? 

We do not offer return labels at this time but hope to in the future!

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

When an order is placed with our store please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. 

We are happy to replace items that aren’t marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

To help track down your package we recommend the following steps: 

  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered is correct.
  • Visit your local USPS office with tracking accessible to see where the package was dropped off.
  • Check with neighbors to see if your package was dropped off next door.
